SoCode are working with a market leading designer of electronic equipment to recruit a team leader for the electronics department.  This is a fantastic opportunity that is open to either seasoned team leaders, or a pure engineer who is looking to take the next step in their career.

As Electronics Engineering Team Leader, you will be overseeing a team of anywhere from 6 - 10, depending on your seniority level. You will be responsible for receiving criteria and requirements for designs, and putting them in to practise within the team to ensure that projects are completed effectively.

This role with be split 70 / 30 in favour of hands on work. Hence, you will be spending 70% of your time creating electronics designs alongside the other members of the team. As a good sized and top quality team that works across a number of disciplines, we will be able to consider applicants from a wide variety of electronics backgrounds, whether that be digital, analogue, or even power/SMPS electronics.

Requirements for application:

• Hands on electronics engineering experience (this could be digital, analogue or power electronics, or a combination of all)
• Team Leadership experience, or the desire to move in to a more managerial role
