Electromechanical Assembler - Contract (ASAP START)

Job description

Join an exciting biochemistry startup in the diagnostics space who are ramping up their product range and production going into the market. Their technology is being used to detect Flu, Sars and STI’s.

Due to the nature of the role, you’ll be spending all of the time working onsite due to the hands on involvement in the position. You will need your own mode of transport in order to get to and from the site as this isn’t possible via public transport.

You will receive all of the needed training for the first two weeks of starting to allow you to work autonomously in assembling these medical devices. This role could very likely lead to a contract extension or a permanent contract depending on  performance of the individual and project.

In terms of requirements, we’re looking for the following:

-          Previous electromechanical assembly experience or an engineering degree

-          Available to start from 19th February

-          Has their own mode of transport

-          Laser welding experience would be desirable but not essential
