SoCode are representing an award-winning and rapidly growing (400% pa) start up B2B SaaS company, operating in the  clean tech & electric vehicle (EV) sector.

We're looking for a  Remote/Cambridge based Customer Success Manager to operate on a Global Scale as part of a small (3) but highly capable Customer Success Team. Operating with large blue chips and SMEs - you'll be able to display experence or motivations in the activities below:

- Achieving department KPIs, and reporting these to the business

- Building strong relationships and working closely with customers

- Analysing customer data sets to generate insights and performance reports to provide recommendations to customers and the business


Key Skills:

- Proven success within SaaS customer success/account management

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting to customers, the ability to build trust with, and confidently challenge/influence senior stakeholders 

- Commercially minded, with experience negotiating upsells and renewals  

- Experience in designing and implementing scalable processes, and the ability to review and iterate effectiveness

- Comfortable with manipulating and interpreting data sets, and have experience with relevant tools to do this
