SoCode are proud to be working with a Global software vendor specializing in commodity and energy trading risk management software. They are looking for a Contract Senior Software Engineer who will be working on a short-term but critical software project.

The contract is Outside IR35 and will be 2 months long. The role is also fully remote with an immediate start.

What you will need:

• C# (.Net framework)
• Oracle SQL (to develop new and tune existing views) and enterprise/production grade experience with:
           • Query optimisation (deep understanding of indexing strategies, execution plans, data transformation)
           • Materialised views patterns
• Typescript / Javascript
• Unit testing
• Documenting solutions
