A 3-month rolling contract, outside IR35, for a Principal Baseband Engineer with a Cambridge tech business who designs, manufactures & distributes communication devices within the UK.

 

You’ll be working in the Cambridge Development Centre where you’ll be involved in the full product development, from concept and prototype stages, through to production and support, and launch of the final product. If you enjoy working on projects at the critical point leading up to a product release, this contract could be something to sink your teeth into.

 

There are multiple requirements here, so your skillset won’t need to cover all the below, but if you possess just some the technical capabilities listed, you’ll be someone worth speaking to:

 

High speed Digital Design Experience

Power Supply Design Experience

Simulation Work Experience

Design and validation of audio amplifier designs of up to 10w

Due to the nature of the work, in dealing with prototypes, bench work, and physical designs, the team are looking for someone who can be on-site regularly, so fully remote options are unfortunately unavailable in this instance.
