SoCode are proud to announce another opportunity at a global technology firm specialising in critical communications. The successful candidate for this role will be working within a small team developing internal and external PC applications.

We are looking for someone with around 10 years’ experience who wants to be involved in a range of activities throughout the development lifecycle and cover a wide range of PC apps.

Technical Requirements are as follows (expert in all)

-          C# .Net

-          C++

-          Modern database design and SQL

Regular experience with

-          Tech such as NUnit, T-SQL with SQL Server, WinForms, WPF

-          Service Design (WebAPI, REST)

-          Javascript

-          Working on a large, established multiple-technology code base

-          Some knowledge of object-oriented design patterns and programming

Desirable:

-          Experience working with Agile

-          Some knowledge of MS Office applications

-          A strong academic record

-          Customer focused, both internally and externally

-          Collaborative

-          Strong communication
