With high level industry experience within the business and some of the brightest AI/Software minds, our client is incredibly well positioned to drive the market and become the best.

With 2 separate platforms in the business, all PHP developers will be working collectively to create a web-based application which will allow their customers to navigate the product.

The successful candidate will be working with a team of 3 developers plus the team lead who still provides hands on help as and when required.

Essential skills include:

• Outstanding PHP Experience
• RESTful API development
• Databases – ideally MySQL and Redis
• Linux
• Git – or similar
• HTML5/ CSS
• Javascript

Other Desirable Skills:

• Apache
• Agile development methodologies
• Source control and release management using Git/Github
• Cloud solutions
• Experience of textual analytics is advantageous but not essential

The successful candidate will need to be passionate about strong PHP code. Individuals driven by technology with a software mindset and a strong team playing ability is essential. This is a start up business with a need for everybody to work together so effective communication skills are essential.

Salary wise, we are offering up to £55,000 depending on experience.  Alongside this a benefits package is available which offers: 3% pension contribution, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, Flexible working arrangements and Share options which offer an equity reward.
