SoCode are proud to be working with a Global leader in industrial printing – who serve the commercial printing sector by providing digital inkjet printers and control systems, which deliver solutions for a complete range of labelling and variable data printing applications. We have partnered with this organisation to help recruit and ambitious Business Analyst.

As the Business Analyst you will play a pivotal role with our clients R&D Software team as a key contributor to ensuring that the products and services they offer, meet customer needs and expectations to deliver maximum value. The purpose of this role is to act as the bridge between Product Management, R&D Software teams as well as third party software suppliers, with the scope to gather, understand, formulate, document, maintain and manage customer/product requirements.

To be successful in this role you will need to have Demonstrable experience of working and delivering in an Agile environment, preferably SCRUM in a software development environment, strong organization skills with excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, people and team building skills.  A Business Analysis/Requirements Engineer qualification (BCS, AgileBA, IIBA) and being a Certified Scrum Product Owner are desirable.

The successful candidate will receive a salary of up to £60,000 per annum plus benefits with a flexible working approach. You will also receive the opportunity to grow, develop and progress within the team.
