We’re looking for a skilled bioinformatician to help us develop and validate Nextflow pipelines, managing high-throughput omic data from thousands of patients. You’ll be collaborating closely with a 6-person data team and industry professionals as we move forward with our next big clinical trial in the West Midlands.

We’re looking for a skilled bioinformatician to help us develop and validate Nextflow pipelines, managing high-throughput omic data from thousands of patients. What You’ll Do:
- Build and validate Nextflow pipelines using nf-core best practices.
- Analyze and manage data from large patient cohorts.
- Collaborate with a talented team to optimize data flow and accuracy.
- Strong experience in developing bioinformatic pipelines.
- Solid understanding of pipeline validation and optimization.
- A PhD or MSc in Bioinformatics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Familiarity with data management best practices.
- Salary up to £75,000
- Company pension
