App Support Specialist 
Hybrid - London (Marble Arch) 

Are you passionate about supporting cutting-edge retail and e-commerce technology? We’re partnering with a leading high end retail, e-commerce organisation who are looking for an Applications Support Specialist with strong experience in Point of Sale (POS) workflows and mobile applications.

The Role
As part of a dynamic applications support team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring critical retail systems run smoothly across stores, digital channels, and mobile platforms. You’ll be responsible for:
  • Providing 2nd/3rd line support for retail applications, including POS systems and mobile applications.
  • Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests for a SaaS/CLoud Platform.
  • Supporting upgrades, enhancements, and integrations within the e-commerce and retail technology stack.
  • Working closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver seamless customer and colleague experiences.
  • Creating documentation and knowledge articles for recurring issues.
About You
We’re looking for someone with a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid background in retail technology support. Ideally you’ll bring:
  • Proven experience in applications support within e-commerce or retail environments.
  • Strong understanding of Point of Sale (POS) workflows and in-store systems.
  • Experience supporting mobile applications (iOS/Android).
  • Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes (e.g. ITIL).
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills – able to translate technical detail into business-friendly language.
