The Role
As part of a dynamic applications support team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring critical retail systems run smoothly across stores, digital channels, and mobile platforms. You’ll be responsible for:
- Providing 2nd/3rd line support for retail applications, including POS systems and mobile applications.
- Investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving incidents and service requests for a SaaS/CLoud Platform.
- Supporting upgrades, enhancements, and integrations within the e-commerce and retail technology stack.
- Working closely with development, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver seamless customer and colleague experiences.
- Creating documentation and knowledge articles for recurring issues.
We’re looking for someone with a proactive approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid background in retail technology support. Ideally you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in applications support within e-commerce or retail environments.
- Strong understanding of Point of Sale (POS) workflows and in-store systems.
- Experience supporting mobile applications (iOS/Android).
- Familiarity with incident, problem, and change management processes (e.g. ITIL).
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills – able to translate technical detail into business-friendly language.
