​​John joined the SoCode US team in Summer 2025 as a Senior Recruitment Consultant.

"I specialize in identifying and placing top-tier NetSuite professionals across both permanent and contract roles. My focus is on building long-term relationships with clients and candidates alike, ensuring a smooth and valuable hiring experience for both sides.

I recruit within the ERP and NetSuite ecosystem, working with everyone from administrators and consultants to project managers and solution architects. I enjoy this space because it’s fast-growing, highly specialized, and relationship-driven. The community is tight-knit, and every role I work on has a direct impact on business operations, which keeps the work rewarding and meaningful.

I grew up in North Brunswick, New Jersey, in a neighborhood where everyone knew each other and looked out for one another. I started my recruiting career at Anderson Frank before moving in-house at Myers-Holum, a NetSuite Alliance Partner. Before joining SoCode, I launched my own recruitment firm. That experience taught me a lot about resilience, hustle, and the power of a good network. My favorite food growing up was hands down, my grandma’s homemade chicken paprikash."

"The team is collaborative, driven, and genuinely supportive. It’s refreshing to be in a culture where autonomy is encouraged, but help is always there when you need it. I feel empowered to grow both personally and professionally."

Where would we find you outside of work?

"Golf, weightlifting, and fantasy football drafts. You’ll also catch me trying new whiskey bars."
