What did you want to be when you grew up?

When I was growing up I wanted to be a palaeontologist. I always loved dinosaurs and visiting museums with my family are the some of my favourite memories.

Where would we find you outside of work?

Outside of work your likely to find me shopping for weird and wonderful ingredients for experimenting in the kitchen. Or if the sun is shining I’m likely to be paddle boarding on the broads with my partner.
