Since October 2017 we have been raising money to help support the Big C Charity with all of the amazing things they do.
The Big C Charity funds four drop in support and information centres across Norfolk and Waveney that are used by thousands of people every year affected by cancer. The centres in Gorleston, Great Yarmouth, King’s Lynn and Norwich provide valuable information about diagnosis, treatments, side effects and recovery. Trained staff are also there to provide emotional help, support and complementary therapies.
Until you have had, friends or family members directly effected then you can only begin to imagine what people go through. The Big C support those people to help them with their wigs, showing different ways to tie their head scarves, wearing fake eyebrows, the little things we take for granted. Or just offer a good cuppa with a biscuit.
These guys CANNOT provide this unbeliveable support alone, which is why we are proud to have raised a total of £1086.20 so far.
