Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant | (Remote – UK Based, with Client Travel) | £60,000 to £70,000 per annum 

We’re seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to join our clients team. This is a remote-first role, but candidates must be UK-based and available to travel to client sites as needed.
If you excel at implementing CRM solutions, driving business outcomes, and delivering high-impact Microsoft solutions, this could be your next role.

As a D365 CRM Consultant, you will work with clients to design, configure, and deploy Dynamics 365 solutions across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service. You’ll be responsible for understanding business requirements, implementing best-practice solutions, and supporting clients throughout their CRM journey.

Key Skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Dynamics 365 CRM
• Strong expertise in Field Service, Sales, Customer Service and Marketing modules
• Skilled with Power Platform: Power Apps (Canvas), Power Automate, Power BI
• Experience delivering end-to-end CRM projects and workshops
• Comfortable working directly with clients and stakeholders
• Partner background is desirable
