D365 Functional Consultant – Order to Cash (O2C) | Milton Keynes (Hybrid Working) | £55,000 to £65,000 + Bonus 

We’re looking for a dynamic and collaborative D365 Functional Consultant (Order to Cash) to support the design and implementation of our clients O2C function across Europe and selected Asia countries.

This is a pivotal role within the global D365 Implementation team, where you’ll help shape, standardise, and optimise end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes. You’ll work closely with an Implementation Specialist to deliver a robust global template while maximising out-of-the-box functionality and minimising customisation.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Order-to-Cash function, designing and implementing ERP processes in D365
  • Collaborate with the Implementation Specialist to maximise out-of-the-box functionality and reduce customisations
  • Co-lead fit-gap and requirements workshops
  • Develop functional specifications and participate in solution design sessions
  • Support configuration and development reviews to ensure alignment with approved “To-Be” processes
  • Lead functional testing cycles and review results
  • Develop training materials and deliver sessions for key users
What You’ll Bring:
  • Strong experience in business process mapping and process design
  • Hands-on functional experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Order-to-Cash (OTC), including areas such as:
  • Experience supporting or leading ERP implementations 
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work across regions and cultures
