Trading Systems / Financial Trading Engineer £90,000 – £180,000 + unlimited holiday

 

SoCode have recently partnered with one of the most exciting start-ups in the world right now as they scale their remote team. This company have developed a complex platform for creating and trading financial products on a completely de-centralised open-source network.

They have built this from the ground up using blockchain and AI as well as other technologies. They are looking for an exceptional trading systems engineer to join the team. This position will sit in their core engineering team working alonside quants, developers and product specialists. 

This company have benefited massively over the last year and have received a huge amount of investment to bring their platform to life.  Requirements:

Essential Experience:

-          3+ years experience within an exchange, hedge fund or front office of a top tier investment bank working as a quant or front office or trading system.

-          Excellent programming skills, having worked on at least one large production codebase.

-          Strong knowledge of financial markets and exchanges

-          Excellent problem solving skills

Desirable:

-          Experience working with atleast one public blockchain 

-          STEM degree

 

You will be rewarded with:

-          Basic salary of £90,000 to £180,000

-          Unlimited holiday
