SoCode are proud to be working with a Well-known tech company in Cambridge focused on making the lives of development teams easier. They develop and create software products in the database and DevOps space used by a range of well-known clients such as Pfizer, IBM, Ford, SAP, HSBC among others.

We are looking for a number of Software Engineers, to join one of their product teams. You will have the opportunity to be involved in all stages of software development process. You will operate in an autonomous environment, working in a close-knit, highly functional team where your opinions are respected and valued.

You will need the following:

• Excellent skills using a modern object-oriented language – ideally C#, but experience in Java, TypeScript and Go would also be valuable.
• Additional experience in Typescript and React would be beneficial.
• You thrive in a highly collaborative team of software engineers and are enthusiastic about engaging with customers, designers, and product managers to create great products and services.
• Experience working within an agile development team, with knowledge of practices such as TDD, BDD and continuous delivery are desirable.

The role offers a flexible Hybrid working model, offering a salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum plus benefits. This company is extremely invested in the well-being of their employees and has dedicated Friday afternoons to continuous learning and development.
