SoCode is working with a prestigious security client to help them create and refine their new PaaS. This is a vital 18 month project, with an initial contract lasting at least 6 months.

Needed is a Senior Cloud Architect on an inside of IR35 contract, to be based in the centre of Cambridge three days a week, the rest remote.

Being an experienced cloud architect, you will have used a DevOps methodology in architecting large-scale solutions, able to work flexibly and adapt to multiple cloud environments and coding languages.

You will employ a cloud-agnostic approach to prepare their existing services to be made available to their clients in the cloud, coming with detailed exposure to the below technologies:

Appreciation of AWS, Azure and GCP

Proficient coding skills in more than one of Python, C, JavaScript and Golang languages 

Containerisation experience (Kubernetes)

Terraform / Puppet / CloudFormation / Ansible
