SoCode Recruitment are partnering with a market-leading semiconductor company based in Cambridge that are at the forefront of CPU architecture since their inception and are their chips will be in over a trillion smart devices by 2030. The role of Product Owner is a role, taking responsibility for enhancing and developing ARM’s digital delivery services. ARM is the world’s leading semiconductor Intellectual Property (IP) company. We develop and license technology that is at the heart of many of the digital electronic devices sold each year, from tablets, sensors, smartphones to servers.

The systems that are used to delivery of Intellectual property, and other digital assets, to our customers and partners is a fundamental piece in our business mode are best managed and developed as an internal product and are a critical business capability. We are looking for someone with experience in product ownership in the digital delivery services area. If you are passionate about delighting your customers, delivering products, and making a difference, then this is definitely the role for you.

•   Work with an agile IT delivery team to provide product owner support on various key initiatives.

•   Customer intimacy - Developing, influencing, and maintaining a deep understanding of customer and product group digital delivery requirements (internal & external)

•   Deliver “best in class” products on time. Meeting the defined customer benefits through cross functional virtual teams i.e. IT, product groups, engineering, marketing etc.

•   Manage and influence key stakeholders through regular communication and relationship building.

•   Managing internal and external product marketing communication channel 

•   Define, measure and manage Digital Delivery service levels, and proactively take action to drive improvements.

In order to be sucsessfull you will need to showcase the following;  

• Proven track record of defining, planning, and delivering Digital Delivery Service/ products, on time and to budget.

• Good understanding of, and experience in implementing digital platforms, covering web, online support and/or product delivery

• Experience and strong understanding of IT project management methodologies particularly Agile, and the role of Product Owner.

• A deep understanding of the importance of customer experience, and how to understand and ensure customer needs are met

• Target and delivery driven, always keeping your internal and external customer’s interests at heart

• Experienced at working across organisations including Marketing, Engineering and IT to develop and deliver digital capabilities

• Experience in leading across functions and without direct line management authority

• Great at analytical thinking and problem resolution
