The role is focussed as a hands on manager, managing a small team based in Cambridge / Remote UK. They have a centralised DevOps team which works extremely closely with the Development team. The team is made up of a mix of senior DevOps engineers, from a system administration or a software engineering background. They have recently re-written their application in python, but are still moving small amounts of their old Perl system to Python. They’re a Linux focussed company, and are looking for individuals who have the battle scars of setting up an environment from scratch and can bring some big ideas to the table, although their DevOps culture is already quite mature.

Remuneration:

• Salary between £80,000 to £100,000
• Bonus – up to 15%
• Private healthcare
• 25 days + BH
• 8% pension contribution
