Graduate Mechanical Engineer | Biotech Startup | Cambridge | £35,000 - £40,000

We are currently recruiting for a Graduate Mechanical position in Cambridge for a Biotech Startup.  As a business they are leading the bio revolution! They are looking at how to speed up the analysis of biological data by developing powerful new applications.

As a Graduate Engineer you will use your creativity, understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals to progress new and existing mechanical designs. The role will provide an excellent balance between design work and practical, hands-on engineering and you will be working in a truly multi-disciplinary environment with project teams comprised of scientists, engineers, computer scientists and application specific subject matter experts.

Experience You Will be exposed to:

• Numerical modelling and simulation skills
• Using and creating design automation tools
• Experience with additive manufacturing
• Fluidic systems and optical systems

All we need right now is a strong degree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering or Science and ideally some experience (work experience/ placements) 

They can offer a base salary of £35-40k (as well as private medical care, life assurance etc.) They have incredibly flexible options in terms of working from home and working hours with a strong focus on L&D and progression.
