We are working with a leading company looking for a Director of Product, to help turn their technology into a scalable product that can be offered to the market.

After identifying a new market segment and winning a substantial contract we are looking for someone to manage a team of 3 excellent product managers (and grow the team when necessary). Crucially we are looking for someone able to pull together lots of complex ideas from a business full of very bright people and turn them into a scalable product.

You will report into the board (CPO), and there will equity to match this level of responsibility.

Ideal experience/skills:

• Ideally, you will have 10-15 years’ experience in product management
• Excellent verbal/written communication
• Exp. running a team of product managers
• Exp. building AIaaS / SaaS products
• Some experience of both the automotive industry and/or AI products is desirable
