Due to continued success, we require a Digital Marketing Manager to assist with our ambitious growth plans for the remainder of 2021 and beyond.

In this newly created stand-alone role, you’ll be the POC for all Marketing activity across the company and will be taking charge of a wide array of company marketing and creative activity.

We’re a young and successful company with big plans and a great story to tell and we know that we’re great recruiters but not great marketeers – so you’ll need to take full autonomy and show us the way.

We understand that we don’t know the world of marketing so this is a brilliant opportunity for someone who can influence and educate us on the best practices, and how marketing can help with our success.

As the company grows we expect this role to grow with it, working internationally to ensure SoCode’s message is consistent throughout the business

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy
• Website audit followed by complete redesign ensuring both UK & US sites stay on brand 
• Regular website updates and content writing
• Website Optimisation 
• CRM Optimisation to ensure relevant contact with audience
• Co-ordination and creation of direct email marketing campaigns to our CRM of candidates and clients
• Taking a proactive and innovate approach to managing social networks and the company’s social communications strategy, including a regular publishing plan, creative engagement in conversations with social groups, meetups, and individuals to raise brand awareness and generate leads
• Design - construction of relevant, high quality material for our candidates and clients to engage with e.g.  Salary Surveys / Company Introduction Brochures / Case Studies etc.
• Content Writing – Mainly in the Technology/Recruitment Communities
• Communicating with senior management about existing and new marketing activities
• Working closely with Operations Director in organising events such as Tech Meet Ups
