SoCode is managing a newly-created DevOps Team Leader position for one of our key clients in Cambridge.

Their Software Lead currently manages no-less-than four teams, and given how much DevOps and Engineering is growing, they now need a dedicated manager for the that division.

This is a unique 'clean slate' opportunity, offering real influence in how things are done.

People-management experience is essential for this, as you will have three Engineers reporting directly into you. Also essential is proven, end-to-end experience in a DevOps position yourself.

This is far from a 'placeholder' Managerial role. You will have real autonomy and be encouraged to contribute, as well as having the guidance of their Software Lead, who is experienced, pragmatic and extremely personable. 

You will play a key part in change management and transformation projects, too, as they discuss the option of migrating over to the cloud.

Shaping what to do next and being the inspirational leader that this team needs, you will really make your mark inside this established organisation.
