Job Description

We are currently looking for a DevOps engineer for one of our fantastic clients operating within the FinTec sector. They are looking for an individual who can join their growing team who primary focus is the support and management of the customer facing systems.

You will be an experienced professional, ideally with 3 years’ experience within an agile team. You will be able to bring best practices, continuous integration and processes within DevOps to reduce the time for builds and test cycles, making projects scalable as the team grows and enabling quicker solutions for their customer needs.

Successful candidates will need to hold:

-        Linux Systems experience, AWS alongside this would also be a benefit.

-        Experience of designing and implementation in a high-pressure environment.

-        Use of Chef, Splunk or Terraform in an operations environment.

-        Strong problem-solving abilities alongside great analytical skills.

-        An understanding of company needs and the requirement for comfortable working.

We are looking for a passionate individual who is excited and keen to join a growing Fintec organisation. You will need to demonstrate outstanding team work, demonstrate enthusiasm and be proactive in seeking opportunities to better the technology function.

Salary will range between £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience.

Candidates are required to work a 35 hour week Monday – Friday.

Working hours are flexible, however this will need to be between the hours of 8.00am – 6.00pm.
