Our client is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their growing team and work on Developing and maintaining relationships with key business subject matter experts, influencers and suppliers. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved with, Project scoping & gathering requirements, recommend on business process and conducting system testing and post Implementation amongst other business operations responsibilities.

Team Working & Stakeholder Engagement
• Develop and maintain relationships with key business leaders, subject matter experts and suppliers.
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand the vision and goals for change and help to prepare a business case to present to the IT leadership team for approval.
• Independently run stakeholder interviews and workshops to explore, understand and document business and functional requirements to support the agreed business processes.
• Document current-state process understanding, using skills of facilitation and influence to elicit requirements.
• Challenge current-state processes and systems, proposing options for an optimised future-state and gain business acceptance of the proposal.
• Work with project team stakeholders to ensure documentation provided is at the right level for development and test. Engage with IT stakeholders at a time relevant to their engagement in the project.

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience ….

• Good general IT knowledge, including:
o Enterprise Architecture basic principles
o User Journey / Experience Requirements
o CyberSecurity and IT Support Requirements
o Vendor selection and procurement
o System design and development
o System Integrations
o Data migration
• Experience of the following systems is desirable but not essential:
o Salesforce or other CRM platforms
o HighSpot or other Sales Enablement platforms
• Business Domain knowledge (desirable)
o Global Sales
o Partner / Reseller models
o Customer Success

Skills
• Excellent Business Analysis Skills, including:
o Requirements engineering
o Process mapping, analysis and design
o Data / Entity relationship modelling
o Strong problem-solving focus
o Good facilitator and organiser
o Stakeholder Management
• Basic Project Manager skills to build high-level Project Plans, Resource estimates, RAID logs, Budgets, etc.
• Proactive, clear and concise communicator with strong interpersonal skills for both oral and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines effectively whilst working under pressure
• Ability to quickly build in-depth knowledge of new technologies and software applications
• Delivery focused and self-motivated positive team player

Qualifications & Experience
• BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis or equivalent desirable
• Demonstrable track record of achieving significant and measurable business improvement/benefit
• A minimum of three years’ experience in technology business analysis with multiple simultaneous projects
