SoCode are recruiting on behalf of our exclusive Financial Services client for an Application Support Engineer to form part of a 24/7 On-Call Team (Rota basis) for our client's new site based in Bristol (Central Area).
Our client is one of the UK's fastest growing companies - and are building a team based in Bristol to form a Disaster Recovery centre for their Head Office in Central London.
The successful candidate will be working closely with a team in Bristol but also be communicating frequently with a much larger team in London. You should be prepared to work (once a month) an over night shift from Home and be prepared to be flexible with your working hours (on a rota basis).
Candidates should be skilled in SQL / Windows and have an excellent customer and client service manner. Ideally you will have previous experience in Application Support and ideally some experience with bespoke Financial System support.
