SoCode has partnered with a leading software developer in their search for an Account Manager to join their increasing Sales team. This business is further expanding its offering into the Utilities market and, as such, seeks an individual with sales experience in either the Gas, Water or Electricity sectors. Understanding these markets is critical as the Account manager will need to confidently present to leading figures in these sectors.
You will be expected to be a confident business developer happy to travel nationwide to meet with customers. You will also be given an enviable list of warm clients to manage.
Duties will include:
- Prospect, identify, develop, negotiate within new and existing customer base
- Develop and manage pipeline to meet or exceed target
- Lead the sales process
- Ensure that metrics are at all times updated with the most recent accurate forecasts
- Understand the Utilities landscape and be able to sell solutions
- Present effectively to external customers across all levels from marketing staff to C-suite executives
Full training on their innovative software products will be given.
