Service Adminstrator
Cambridge | hybrid (3 days a week in the office)
Up to £31k

We’re supporting an established, international business in the consumer tech space. Behind their products is a collaborative team that keeps everything running smoothly, and this role sits right at the centre of it.

You’ll be:
  • Managing customer queries and keeping orders on track
  • Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
  • Coordinating shipments with warehouses and logistics partners
  • Supporting internal teams with day-to-day admin
  • Handling returns and service requests
  • Occasional travel to partner sites (not a constant requirement)
This is more about mindset than experience. You might be early in your career, returning to work, or simply looking for a more balanced role.
