We’re supporting an established, international business in the consumer tech space. Behind their products is a collaborative team that keeps everything running smoothly, and this role sits right at the centre of it.
You’ll be:
- Managing customer queries and keeping orders on track
- Processing orders and maintaining accurate records
- Coordinating shipments with warehouses and logistics partners
- Supporting internal teams with day-to-day admin
- Handling returns and service requests
- Occasional travel to partner sites (not a constant requirement)
There are some things you do need to bring:
- A clear, friendly communication style
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks
- Proactive and reliable
- Team-oriented approach to work
- Supportive, down-to-earth team
- Hybrid working (2/3 days in the office a week)
- A stable, structured role without unnecessary pressure
- Exposure to an international environment
- Room to learn and develop over time
- Full training on internal systems (Salesforce, SAP)
