What You’ll Be Doing
- Take full ownership of one or more products, accountable for their success and performance in market
- Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs and technical feasibility
- Define clear product value propositions, positioning and differentiation
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends and the competitive landscape
- Engage directly with customers, partners and internal stakeholders to gather and refine product requirements
- Translate insights into clear product specifications, documentation and user stories
- Develop and maintain business cases for new products and major enhancements
- Assess market size, revenue potential, pricing strategy and return on investment
- Support commercial positioning, margin targets and go-to-market planning
- Lead products through the full lifecycle: ideation, development, verification, compliance, launch and iteration
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing and sales teams to ensure successful delivery
- Ensure alignment on priorities, timelines and deliverables across cross-functional teams
- Identify and manage product risks across technical, regulatory, commercial and delivery areas
- Ensure products meet relevant regulatory and standards requirements
- Maintain high-quality product documentation, including specifications, regulatory data and user guidance
- Monitor product performance, usage and customer feedback
- Use data and insights to drive continuous improvement and future product evolution
- Identify opportunities to enhance value, increase adoption and improve customer outcomes
- Degree educated, ideally in an engineering discipline (e.g. Electronic, Mechanical, Software)
- Proven experience in Product Management or a closely related role
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles, tools and methodologies
- Experience working in complex or regulated industries (highly desirable)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly
- Ability to influence and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Solid understanding of user experience principles and customer-centric design
