Phil has joined our Cambridge office to establish our new Professional Services division. He recruits roles predominantly in Finance, HR, Sales and Operations.
Having worked in the local recruitment market for 14 years, he has specialised across sectors and also delivered C Suite campaigns for prestigious local businesses. He is passionate about delivering excellent customer service to candidates and clients alike. With many long standing relationships his record speaks for itself.
Phil is keen to establish this new division to replicate the success of SoCode’s technical arm and is well placed to deliver across specialisms for our client base.
Outside of work he enjoys running, hiking and eating out at various country pubs!
