Jonty Bridger

Jonty started his journey at SoCode in April 2026, where he joined as a Principal Recruitment Consultant.

"I'm a Principal Consultant at SoCode recruiting into the Data & AI markets. I started at SoCode in April 2026 having worked five and a half years in the technology sector at another agency. 

Data & AI is an ever-evolving market, so I find it very interesting and rewarding to learn new technology as well as the new market trends that come with evolving skillsets. 

My professional career was a whole mixture before working in recruitment. I worked a lot in different kitchens as a cook as well as other roles within the hospitality industry. From there I spent three summers working at a SCUBA Diving Centre in Sicily as a Divemaster. I've also worked as a tree surveyor and other sales roles. Once I started working in recruitment, I've worked for a mixture of independent and multi-national recruitment agencies."

​How do you like to spend your time outside of work?

"Outside of work, I have various interests including music, football, cricket, rugby, golf, F1 and SCUBA diving. I'm also the proud owner of a golden Labrador."
