Dan began his SoCode journey in September 2026, joining as our Client Success Director.
"My role is focused on developing and strengthening SoCode’s client relationships across EMEA, working closely with our recruitment teams to ensure we deliver an exceptional experience for our clients and identify opportunities to develop those relationships further.
My focus is across all of SoCode’s clients throughout EMEA. I’ve always been particularly focused on building strong, long-term relationships, and Client Success is an important area of focus for SoCode as we continue to grow. I enjoy understanding what matters to our clients, getting under the skin of their challenges and working with our teams to find the right solutions."
What inspires you?
"I’m inspired by facing a challenge and finding a solution. I enjoy working through a problem, understanding what needs to be done and ultimately finding a way to make it work."
Where would we find you outside of work?
"Outside of work, I help run a motorcycle touring group. We cover over 15,000 miles a year touring across the UK and Europe, so I’m usually either planning the next trip, riding somewhere new or talking about motorcycles!
A little background on me, I spent 12 years serving in the Royal Corps of Signals, including deployments to Iraq, Bosnia and Northern Ireland, before leaving the military and moving into recruitment in 2000."
